And mainly run at that. The old course that used to take me nearly 30 mins I romped round very quickly. About 20 mins in total, including the walking to and fro the start. Am well chuffed.

Tuesday, February 19th, 2008Did 3 fairly sustained bits of running this time round. Wasn’t too bad tho. No faster tho. Still struggled at the start due to my crappy lungs.
12th Feb
Tuesday, February 12th, 20082.5 mile run walk, again no faster, no weight change.
9th Feb run/walk
Saturday, February 9th, 20082.5 mile run/walk, same time as usual, no improvement there.
Weds 6th Feb – 2.5 mile walk/run
Thursday, February 7th, 2008I averaged an 18 minute mile over this one. The weight loss has slowed down as well. I’m down to 14st 9lbs. Which isn’t much of a change really. I’m toning up ok tho I guess.
