And mainly run at that. The old course that used to take me nearly 30 mins I romped round very quickly. About 20 mins in total, including the walking to and fro the start. Am well chuffed.
Did 3 fairly sustained bits of running this time round. Wasn’t too bad tho. No faster tho. Still struggled at the start due to my crappy lungs.
2.5 mile run walk, again no faster, no weight change.
2.5 mile run/walk, same time as usual, no improvement there.
I averaged an 18 minute mile over this one. The weight loss has slowed down as well. I’m down to 14st 9lbs. Which isn’t much of a change really. I’m toning up ok tho I guess.
